Getting Started as a Per Diem Nurse
The first step to become a Nurse with Advantage Nursing, Inc. is
to complete the online application. Upon entering your personal
profile, you will be asked what locations you would like to
work. Once you complete the application, a recruiter from the
appropriate branch office that services your region will contact
you.
Your Advantage Nursing, Inc recruiter will discuss your per diem
nursing career goals, facility preferences; specialties, work
experience, availability, and assist you in completing the
registration process. You may have to provide Advantage Nursing,
Inc. with additional information that is required by OSHA,
JCAHO, and by our facilities, such as health clearance
paperwork, licensure verification and taking a qualifying exam.
After you have completed the registration process, your
recruiter will work with one of our dedicated client service
managers to present your per diem nurse application and
capabilities to appropriate facilities based on your
availability and work requirements. Once they have identified a
schedule that meets your work preferences, he/she will call you
to confirm your availability and provide you with all the
necessary details of the job.
Over time, you may customize your schedule as needed based on
your individual requirements. As you continue to work with us,
you will become eligible for additional benefits based on the
number of hours worked.
